5.3. Delivery Fees Delivery fees are charged based on the distance and complexity of the delivery. These fees are paid directly to the drivers and vary from $10, $15, $20, or $25.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
6.1. Order Cancellations You may cancel your order within a certain time frame specified on our website. If the order has already been processed or delivered, cancellations may not be possible.
